This is a run down of the newbie mini matrix project. Please excuse my typos, this is done on the fly to help you and i probably won't have the time to spell check it. I'll do this in the progression that you should be doing the project, so if you get behind you can keep on doing it anyway. Life happens and we all understand that, so don't sweat it if you do get a little behind.
CREATE A VIP-ID TOUR: This tour should be a two page tour and a signup page. First page should be a warning page. This page should also welcome the surfer and make them get an understanding of the theme of the site. Make sure you have meta tags in place on all pages of the tour for the SE's to find it and list it. You will have the site name, then a couple of unlinked thumbnails(softcore but suggestive). Then a brief descriptive welcome and followed by the warning its self. Follow this with some more descriptive sales text and a large enter and exit link. No join link should be on this page, it will send many surfers running for cover if you have one here. You want them to head on in.
Second page should have the name at top and a large sample semi-hardcore image(if possible and NOT over 30k and no larger in size than 3"x5") on one side of the page with sales text running along the other side. Link the image to the join page. Then a decent sized join link at the bottom of the page. In the sales text give them a reason to join and play up the fact that the AVS has hundreds of sites for them when they join. Tell them to click on the join link at the bottom of the page. Giving them a link to click on to join in the body of the text helps as well. Make the sales text large and bold, easy to read. You can also do a simple page with all this centered if your not sure how to table this the way above.
Join page should have agian the same name and thumbnail setup as on the warning page. Follow this by congradulating the surfer for a great choice and remind him of all the sites he will get once he joins. Then the AVS join and enter table.
CREATE THE MAIN PAGE: This page is a simple page with links to 5 galleries of 20 pics each(or 10 galleries with 10 each, as long as you have at least 100 thumbnailed pics) and TWO targeted sponsor links. Do NOT call this page main.html, call it something the surfer will not guess and get in with. I don't use banners on this page(one at the most). Cleaness will keep the member longer. Provide a link to Vip-Id at the bottom of the main page. This way the surfer/member can find the other sites and stay a member longer. On each gallery use 2 simple sponser buttons on the top of each one. NOT full sized banners. You might make some sales internally, but the real money is made from recurring members. You can link directly to the full sized pics or to html pages for a chance at a sponser sale if you feel this is what you want to do. If you do this, i suggest making it clean of banners. Maybe use the buttons you already preloaded on the galleries. But use a text link both at top and bottom of the full sized image. Now submit it and proceed with the next step.
CREATE THE HUB SITE: Very easy site to create at this time. You will link back to this site from all your regular AVS sites in this project. This will create a virtual traffic flow for as long as the AVS's keep your 10 reg. sites listed.
Warning page: Make sure you have meta tags in place, extra SE traffic is very nice to have. The page layout should be something like the following: Link to your Vip-Id tour at top...Site name...Warning...table of AVS site pages....a bottom link to your Vip-Id tour(i used a webmasters link to http://adult.mynetpond.com for my lower link). This table should use the name of the AVS service and make it clear it leads to a page of sites using that AVS service. Such as "Age Check Sites" would work well. We will be using several AVS services. At least 4 of them for the regular AVS sites. These should be: Adult Check, Age Check, SexKey, NetVerifier, and we will be adding Pond Partol as well once it is released in the near future. You should feel free to use a different AVS service of your choice if you do not want to use one of these listed.
The AVS link pages: All of these are basicly the same since the odds are the surfer will only go to one of these. Top of the page you place a link(banner and text or just a text link) to your Vip-Id tour. Then you say welcome to the (AVS's name) site page, please choose from the sites below. And then you have the spot where you will place the descriptive links back to the regular AVS sites doorways that use the AVS service on this page. You will place a few blind links in this list for extra traffic to sponsors that allow this type of traffic. At the bottom, under this list you should also place a link to your Vip-Id Tour agian. Make this one different than the top one. A banner with text or descriptive text link is fine. Now repeat this page for all the types of AVS services. For now, link directly to the regular sites from this link. Later you can go back and place targeted FPA's between this page and the regular AVS pages if you choose. Placeing 40-50 FPA's during this project might slow to many people down, the same with exit consoles for the site pages. Later you can go back and add them if you choose.
CREATE THE REGULAR AVS SITES: Basic free site setup with min. 30 pics and mirror/doorway pages for the all the above AVS services. Each of these should be basicly set up like this: warning page...main page linked to both gallerys...gallery 1 with 15 pics...gallery 2 with 15 pics. For this project you should be doing 10 sites like this, 5 targeted to your Vip-Id theme. And the other 5 should be General sites. Each of these 10 sites will have ONE regular sponsor and Your Vip-Id tour as a Second sponsor. Do Not mention the fact that these links are Vip-Id on these sites. You are not selling Vip-Id, your selling your tour. Remember that, some of the regular AVS sites may not list you if you blantantly suggest another AVS service over thiers, so keep the name off the regular sites. All refernce to sponsors below means both reg. sponsers and your tour. These sites are for traffic generation and the hub site will help make a few AVS sales as well, so these are simple doorway pages to the sites via the AVS's.
Warning page: Should be laid out similar to this(your going to use this whole site as a template for all 10 regular sites, so make it a bit original!):....softcore banner and text or text link...site name....warning...second sponsor link or banner with text....a table of 5 link sites and your own hub link site(6 recips total)..take these from the LTS list on Netponds Newbie board from Sundays(use different link sites for each doorway page...do NOT submit to the same link site from the same site, but include a link to the hub on every doorway page! and make them fairly large and nice text links, not little ones)....a few words telling the surfer how they should join this certian AVS and to enter below....and then the entrance/signup table for that AVS service(make sure you sign up under yourself, webmaster signup for new site, on the AVSes for credit when you make the other nine sites)
Main Page: Agian don't call it main.html. This should have 3 sponsor links on this page, any combination of banners with text and just text links is fine...two large gallery links, not small ones. These should be clear and easy to follow or you probably won't get linked!
Gallery pages: Should go something like this: Banner and sponsor text (use a banner from the warning page or main page so it's already preloaded)...then the thumbs..maybe a text link in the middle of the thumbs...and bottom sponsor link(banner or text)....and small link back to the main page...the last gallery of the site need its final link to go to the hub site in place of the sponsor at the bottom and no link back to the main page. Repeat for all other galleries.
Submit these to the link lists and Search engines and add them to the hub site each time you finish a site. You can get several of these done a day and in very little time. If a link list only takes one site a day, make a note and keep adding one site a day until they have all ten sites, but leave the links for them up on the warning pages and keep good track of it. Make these sites as unique as you can make them feel, but don't get bogged down on it, you can spend months tweeking a single site, not needed here...you have a leg up with the hub site.
Enjoy this project, it should be a nice profitable one for you for a long time to come and you can add regular and Vip-Id sites to this matrix as time goes by, or even make several of these, one for each Vip-Id site you make!
